kathryn had her physical to give her the thumbs up for the surgery and it went fine. the doctor noted that it will go much better if she isn't sick (she just got over whatever she had so yay!) and she will recover faster. she said that her throat will hurt horribly, but she will need to keep drinking fluids...whatever she wants. so hopefully kathryn will "want" to drink chocolate milk and juice. she doesn't have them all the time, so it's more of a treat. hopefully she will do well. i am getting nervous...my mom and my MIL asked if i wanted them to come with me... i don't know how things will go. i guess the more company is there the more distracted kathryn will be from what just happened...so that would be good?
traffic was a nightmare today. by the time i brought john home from work it was 6:45 (he was supposed to get off at 4 but i couldn't get to him until 5:20 b/c of all the traffic) and i didn't feel like being on the road anymore. it took every bit of energy out of me.
but before i went to pick up john, jenni was over at my house, and we started making up some bows. i finally got back into it. all it takes is some motivation by someone else that will do it with you! lol. so now i'm excited. before when i made bows they were pretty plain, and now since i taught jenni, she has come up with some of her own neat tricks and ideas, and so all the bows are so cute and colorful and i'm excited! we have been getting quite a few leads with selling them, so maybe with us both working together, we can make some extra money and keep finding some leads! (i'll post pictures of all the bows we made once they are done, before we sell them)
