this video is me bouncing with daniel. notice at the end, he tries to count with me.
this video is daniel doing the booty bounce all by himself! woah, this kid has the talent of his uncles (jake and nick!)
this video is how daniel gets on the trampoline by himself and gets double bounced by mommy!
this video is daniel kissing the camera too cute!
this is how i workout my legs. woo, in just 30 short seconds my legs are about to collapse! (when i do it consecutively). it also works out my abs holding the pike and tuck positions.
this was one of the videos that daniel thought was funny. it's me having fun. doing some gymnastics again! i can't tell ya how good it feels!
this video is as close as i got to a layout (straight body during flip) but i piked at the end.
this video is me doing a front flip then back flip. i'll connect them one day.
so i have been wanting to try some stuff on the trampoline, but i have always liked to know how the skill is supposed to look and how your body is supposed to move throughout so i can be sure i'm doing it right...blah blah, since i don't have a spotter, i have been checking out some youtube videos of aerial's and barani's, and this was one video i stumbled across that i thought was amazing. it had some good tips for when you try something new (if you know what you're looking for) and i wanted to share how awesomely perfect this guy's form is. this trampoline must have really loose springs to be so bouncy. it's $10,000! anyhow, if you start the video at 3:10 you'll see a few mins worth of super cool trampolining. the first section is just talk so skip to 3:10
i was watching his videos and i saw this and decided to try it. and after 45 mins (lol) i taught myself the back kaboom (of course it doesn't look nearly as pretty as his. skip to 1:45 to see it.
